Media Training Workshop on Economic Partnership Agreements

CUTS ARC, Nairobi, organised a two-day capacity building workshop Nakuru, Kenya on July 23-24, 2007 under the project entitled ‘Workshop on Economic Partnership Agreements for the Media: Trade Reporters and Journalists’.

The main purpose of the workshop was to deepen the understanding of the trade reporters in matters of EPAs and the implications of the negotiations on the lives of the peoples of ACP countries. The workshop enlightened the media to have a wider constituent of issues on EPAs and livelihood.
